NZ SPEEDBOAT HISTORY

Film of Bill Stevenson driving Mystic Miss to a new Australian and NZ Record of 124.62 mph for 266 cubic inch and Unlimited Class on the 30th June 1962. Also footage of Frank Gatland driving George Smith's 12ft hydro to a new Australasian  Record of  86.62 mph. Frank later upped 44's  record to 97.174 mph on November 10th 1962.
